GIFTS & NON MATCHING ADDRESS:

We do not ship credit card orders to anything but the billing address on the card. If what you order is a gift please use Paypal as the method of payment.

ORDERS OVER $100.00 USD:

All order over $100.00 USD will require a signature upon UPS delivery. 

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: 

Any changes in shipping address after placing the order will incur $15.00 service charge by UPS.  Please make sure to put the correct shipping address info in order to avoid these extra charges by UPS.  HUF can help you setup a WILL-CALL option so that you can pick up the package at the nearest UPS location to the original shipping address.   This will be free of charge.  Just email shop@hufworldwide.com for further assistance. 

 

REFUND POLICY: 

Store credit only. Returns must be in their original condition with tags still attached to accept return within seven days of reviving. For shoes, do not use shoe box as your mailing box. Please place shoe box in separate cardboard box to mail. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.  Exchanges should be shipped to the following address:
