ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON THE WEEKENDS.  IT WILL BE PROCESSED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY.   FRIDAY AFTER 12:00 PM IS CONSIDERED WEEKEND ORDERS.  

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: 

Any changes in shipping address after placing the order will incur $15.00 service charge by UPS.  Please make sure to put the correct shipping address info in order to avoid these extra charges by UPS.  HUF can help you setup a WILL-CALL option so that you can pick up the package at the nearest UPS location to the original shipping address.   This will be free of charge.  Just email shop@hufworldwide.com for further assistance. 

REFUND POLICY: 

Store credit only. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Returns must be in their original condition with tags still attached to accept return. For shoes, do not use shoe box as your mailing box. Please place shoe box in separate cardboard box to mail. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.  Exchanges should be shipped to the following address:
